Latex balloons arrive uninflated. Helium inflation available at Party Mart stores for an additional fee if desired. Show of receipt required as we only fill balloons purchased from our stores. Do not release balloons into air. We strongly recommend the purchase of a balloon weight with any balloon inflation purchase done.
