Foil mylar balloons arrive uninflated. Helium inflation available at Party Mart stores at no additional cost if desired. Show of receipt required. Always dispose of balloons properly. Do not release balloons into air. We strongly recommend the purchase of a balloon weight with any foil balloon inflation done if they do not already have one.
